Birds again....

But they are just too colourful to ignore, especially around 5pm in our street. Lately they have been going wild. The noise is really huge for about half an hour till they get themselves settled in the trees and then it just stops dead all at once and there is not a sound, quite amazing. I went for a quick wander but the wind was blowing  like mad so I didn't stay out long. Still more apologies for not commenting much but have been strapped to the computer for days doing this family history stuff!
The extra photo is a friends garden - I'm keeping an eye on it while they are away for a big trip around Australia.
