Balmullo Gala I

Tomorrow is gala day. The heavens will no doubt open. The precursor to the gala is the village football tournament. Jake has moved up to the 11-15 league. His team did well winning a couple but losing the last two narrowly. We bimbled up to watch a couple of games and then headed home for a wine. Got a call from Jake to report that he would be late back as one boy had broken a leg. Oh my! ambulance and everything. Hope he is as comfy as poss now

Popppy may enter the village dog show tomorrow, or I may just assume my normal position in the beer tent....only time will tell ;-)
