Athletics

C & I ventured into nursery this morning so that C could take part in the sport session they normally do on a Thurs with Coach Ben. I thought this could be a good way to gradually reintroduce him. I stayed for the hour or so we were there and watched.

It was lovely to see C with his friends who were pleased to see him after nearly a month away from nursery. All the running around and fresh air seemed to do C lots of good too.

We did a bit of shopping this afternoon and then played in the sandpit or catch/football in the sunny garden - really nice.
