Reason to Believe

Not sure what this is exactly. Taken during a quick walk around the jardin anglais at lunchtime. 
Seeems like a sort of Totem pole but representing the coat of arms of the canton of Geneva

Totally stressed out and feeling tired and ill. Not one of my better days :-)
