The Big Cruise Day 23: Delightful purchase

Many enterprising folk with canal-side properties offer eggs, home-made jam, marmalade, home-grown veg and the like to passing boats. Usually the drill is to select what you want and drop the required money into the honesty bucket. Navigating the boat to where the produce is offered is sometimes interesting.

We got a nice surprise with these eggs (£3) as they clearly had come from three different breeds of chicken!
