...is the national flower of Nepal. The name means "rose tree".

Today felt like the first day of summer here. The builders took half the roof off; the rafters and purlins are in good order bearing in mind the age of the building (about 230 years) but they gave them some timber treatment just to be sure and new felt has gone back on - it is not actually roofing felt they use these day but a layer of durable underlay.
