A blooming surprise

Currently blocked up with a nasty cold and feeling fairly sorry for myself. Tonight, just as I finished work I received a message saying there's a surprise for me on the kitchen bench.

As I walk into the kitchen this bunch of flowers greets me, it almost feels like they're smiling at me.

A small gesture, but a kind and meaningful one that has absolutely made my day. Happy Monday everyone x
