Hoverfly pupa

This pupa was on a leaf of rabbit Rosie's greens. It's now in a container with airholes. Hopefully a hoverfly will successfully emerge from it one day.

The swelling on my left foot was worse today. Sometimes I wonder if it will ever be its normal size again.
