Getting down

The Great Crested Grebe on the nest got up for a few moments when I went to see them after my morning physio session and I managed to take a few photos before it got down on the eggs again.

The outside of my foot felt somewhat more painful on the way to the physio because the pressure is not evenly distributed on it yet when I walk and I was very glad I did not have to do all my physio exercises this time.
