Tamar Griggs

Had a beautiful morning walk at Burgoyne Bay.  I was taking a shot of the sign in this photo when a woman who was some distance away called out and asked me what I was photographing.   It was Tamar Griggs, a local photographer.  Maybe she thought I'd spotted something exciting - but I just liked the sign and the shadows on it.  She said, "Let me take a photo of you!"  After some protesting (because I don't like getting my photo taken), I agreed.  I moved over to the sign and she took a shot without even telling me to get ready - then another one with me pointing at the butterfly in the sign.  I asked her if I could take one of her and post it to blip, and she agreed.  Here's her website, if you're interested in having a look.  She has some great wildlife shots.
Company coming on Tuesday, so I'm off to do some preparation for their visit.
