The Marine reserve with no fish?

Today started and ended quite similar to yesterday, walked Alfie first thing and a good dose of home cooking at lunch and dinner.

Post dog walking we went to Goat Island which is a protected maine reserve which is also where the University of Auckland have their marine biology department. We went here with the aim of seeing some of the fish we were trying to catch on monday.....well the tempestuous weather was churning the sea up nicely so.....no fish!

Im beginning to think they don't actually exist!

The evening consisted of good food followed by watching the Jubilee concert on the box, which made me home sick but VERY proud to be British!
