Beauty in the City

The trails of the Hoyt Arbortium are within Portland, Oregon city limits. The beauty is everywhere but I especially like the damp areas where the fern are plentiful. I really like the fragile Maiden Hair Fern with its circular pattern. 

We went to a graduation party today after driving to the park for a walk. Lovely day that was not to hot, perfect for a hike.

I am commenting less these days and getting more work done around the house. Perhaps I will be back to more replies and comments soon. :-) But not for a few days. :-(
