Wooly jumpers....

The contractors in shearing again today. These are the blackface hoggs awaiting their first ever haircut. They certainly had plenty of life about them and did plenty of wriggling on the shearing boards!
Had the cross hoggs knocked off by 3.30 this afternoon. Also had another cow calve tonight. She has been thinking about it for the last couple of days,but had calved herself no bother when I checked the cows .
