Can I have my treat?

It is good to have Gavin home again, although he was up from 3.30am with jetlag. The suitcase has not been packed away as he is off again tomorrow. When he got back last night we went to a local pub that has recently been renovated and re-opened. It was closed for almost a year as it needed some structural work too, and the end result is very good with a fresh look to a charming old building. The service was slightly chaotic as it has only been opened for a few days and quite a few things were not available as they had run out of ingredients! However, we had a perfectly charming waitress who we got chatting to, and she said they were desperate for staff so maybe Adam can apply there once the exams and school term is over. There was a beautiful sunset when we came out the restaurant and this can be seen in my extra shot.

Luke is off today, so he was relaxing in the garden playing with Murdoch who was about to be given a treat for retrieving the ball so well.

After work Gavin and Luke will go play some tennis on the grass courts at St George's where Luke works and then we plan to have a casual BBQ for supper.
