June Skies

The day didn't start particularly bright or clear around Monymusk, but the sky gradually brightened and by mid-afternoon we were enjoying blue skies and warm sunshine.

This is the view of Bennachie from the road from Monymusk to Grantlodge, where two Scots Pines once stood, before one of them blew down in the winter of 2011-12.
