Taking it Easy

For many years the station staff at the Steam Railway have had to be out in all weathers with no close by convenient protection from the elements.

During the winter an old line side shed was completely renovated by the volunteers  and converted into a porters hut complete with electricity and running water. They now have an excellent base from which to operate.
