Secondary area
This is the view up Loch Linnhe and the loading bay of the quarry, you can see the beam that goes out to the ship and this is an elevator which is loading the ship with granite aggregate for roads. Scale is very difficult here so look closely at the middle of the picture and you can make out some tiny landrovers. This area is known as the secondary area. The Primary area is where the stone is quarried and can be seen as the extra picture from last week which is found here

Luckily we got good weather today and we could finish off this years work. Yesterdays shot was back blipped due to no internet and can be found here with the obligatory stag as an extra
