Prayers

I went with L for her cancer check up at the dental hospital this morning.  The specialist does seem increasingly concerned about her mouth which of course concerns L.  Back in a month instead of the two that he had extended it to (which of course increases the worry).  I’m not sure the anxiety is ever going to go away as the condition that she has is not an uncommon precursor to cancer and is not curable.  On the upside, she is therefore living life far more fully right now.  She’s a tough bird with a positive outlook - that’s got to be good!

I have felt increasingly nauseous today and now ache all over - small fry compared to L, I know, so it's very much in perspective.  Rich had the same thing over the weekend so hopefully it’ll be short lived  but I currently feel rotten.

Little Dog would pray for L but unfortunately, that is a little beyond her. Instead, she is praying that tomorrow I’ll shake off my bug and take her out for a longer walk.
