Just a Clematis!
There must be thousands of these in bloom at the moment. And there were several other lovely things in my friend's garden this morning several of which turned into nice images.
But blippers will know the feeling. It was just as though my camera lens had a magnet and this magnificent climber with many flowers pulled me back from other parts of the garden.
This variety is known as Dr. Ruppel and is named after the man living in Argentina who sent seeds in 1975 to an English plant breeder, JimFisk.
It was a joy to see.
