Charlie does Macmillan

We had a lovely afternoon at Charlie's. She had a 'Night In', this afternoon raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. The instructions were, 'bring a drink, bring a plate and an instrument'. If there's one thing our village can do, it's to put on an impromptu musical event and it often raises money for something or other.

It will be nice to have a day and an evening at home tomorrow. I've been out every night this week and while it's all been fun, I could do with flopping out at home for a day. I'll only be out three nights this week.
