Bon Voyage

Up early today, thanks to Mr J's alarm clock still going off at 5:45! Luckily it didn't wake the children but I couldn't get back to sleep.

After breakfast we made our way to the ferry port. P was really excited when she saw all the big ships and the excitement continued long after we had boarded. A too was very excited as we stood out on deck and waved bye bye to England and bonjour to France.

Once we docked on the other side we had a long drive to the campsite. The children did brilliantly in the back considering neither of slept much. A couple of stops at services were an experience for P! No toilets!

Our little holiday home is perfect. 3 bedrooms, a nice seating/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing missing is a TV, but I have a funny fealing we're not going to miss it too much!
