Dappled Lane

This is the view down the lane just round the corner from where we live.  It's quite steep and narrow but the only vehicles that go up and down it are going to the Golf Club.  After that there are lots of lovely paths to go off on walks through the woods.  

A lovely warm day today.

On another note, my nephew has got one night of work tonight offered to him by an agency.  He thinks he's going to be doing a delivery to Aldi and Lidl at about 3am.  He came to us because he had an inordinate number of documents to fill in on line and things to scan to send off to the agency.  It took SHH and I about an hour to sort it all out for him including questions about tax and expenses and honestly I don't know how any of these youngsters get a job if they have so much to try to get their heads around.  All for the vast sum of £9 an hour for one night's work.  Hopefully he manages it all ok and gets offered some more work.  I just hope we don't have to fill in all that stuff every time!
