Footpath

A nice stroll in the sun this evening was just what I needed to loosen my legs after my runs of the last 3 days.
Someone kindly sent me some photographs of the results of last nights race and I finished in 37:54; 38th / 115 and 8th in my age category.  Looking at the results for the last four years I have slowed down by approx a minute each year, I must be getting older!
