Corsica

We caught the Nice to Calvi ferry after a rather hair raising drive through the mountains.  The trouble with these long travel days is that there isn't much opportunity to take picture (particularly while driving)

During the 5 hour crossing we saw dolphins and whales and when we arrived at Calvi the evening light was lovely.  This shows the Citadel at the mouth of the harbour.

We came here 15 years ago on a package self-catering holiday and loved it.  It's great to be back and this time we will get the opportunity to travel further south in our motorhome.
