Ice Cream Castles in the Air

I've been to Longshaw again today. Along with another volunteer, we checked the way markers for a couple of walks. It was a lovely day - quite a bit warmer with a much gentler breeze, so it was most enjoyable. We got some wonderful views - in the background here is the Iron Age Fort of Carl Wark, and behind it, Higger Tor - very popular with walkers.
Blue skies are nice, but I love these fluffy clouds which help change the look of the landscape with ever-changing shadows and light.
