Mites/bugs/worms

It might be officially winter here but there are still plenty of fungi around in this weather.

This one is hosting a wide variety of critters - though I didn't know that until I saw it on the computer screen.  It makes me wonder if I shouldn't be checking bought mushrooms just as closely with a magnifying glass. Ugh, the thought of all those crunchy bits is decidedly off putting.
