The heat is on!...

Woke up at 6 again...isn't the body clock amazing?! (even when on hols!) Managed to get to sleep again for a couple of hours.

Was off out with mrs betteridge, ollie and little Ava today. But before that I decided to get my copper stash from no.49 weighed in. Cramming 36 kilos of copper, including a copper tank, was always going to be a challenge in the rag top. But I persevered with it, nearly paying the price as some gunge (a lot of it) spewed out of the tank onto the passenger seat.

As fast as a cat I managed to rescue the situation and scrub the seat. Briefly saw any copper profit made going on a full valet! Finally weighed it in and ker-ching I'm £126 better off.

Lovely lunch with mrs bet and her gorgeous children. Ava is getting so big now and is such a smiley happy baby. Went back to claires for scones and jam, and the dark rain clouds came down. Torrential downpour, thunder and lightning, flaming June!

Back to 49 and the heating is all done! Hot water to clean my paint brushes with, the small things eh!
