Peace and Quiet

Spent the day preparing Chris for his first overnight stay in respite, dropped him off at 3pm, it was a bit heart wrenching leaving him, they have called to say he is fine.
Rach has gone off to Nan and Grandad's.
Tony and I had an early tea at a local restaurant, we are watching a film now and looking forward to a full nights sleep.
The house is earily quiet.
