Mr and Mrs

There is a family of sparrows nesting outside our bedroom window. I know this because they like to make sure I can hear them from about 5.30 every morning.

A day of chores today, catching up on things I promised myself I would do in the half term break, like book the dentist, pay money in to the bank, etc etc. Also cleaned out the kids rooms - chucked out loads of broken bits of plastic, tatty bits of paper and clothes that don't fit. Very satisfying. Amelia is apparently under the impression that there is a dustbin between her bed and the wall, judging by the amount of crap there was down there!
