Chiropractor

An awful pic but it's Grant relaxing for once with a pain free back as he went to see a chiropractor who said he was way way out of line and twisted round his hips, no wonder his sciatica was playing up!
A tiring and sore walk to the shops, my toe feels like it's on fire! I guess that's normal with osteoarthritis...! Made worse by carrying a weeks shopping and pushing the double buggy with my humungous children in it. :-/
Waiting excitedly for my mate Lou to pop in for a cuppa tonight!!!!! Haven't seen her for ages. Coming up to a year probably!
P.s. Sammy still a total potty training star!
