Rush Hour

This shows part of the mid day rush hour. In the hour or so before 1pm there is a sudden rush of ferries. Here one is leaving for Como, and another is arriving from Como. Another one is about to appear. We then have a lull for an hour or so, before another sudden rush of ferries around 2pm.

Today we had the farmers' market in the piazza in the village. We bought some bread and cheese which we will no doubt consume at least part of with dinner this evening.

Some rain this morning, a real change after the warm sunny weather we have been having for the past week or so.
