Norwick
It's been a lovely sunny and warm day. A peerie bit of wind now and again but fallen away this evening.
I took me a bit longer than planned to get going this morning, that was due to meeting the folk in the camper next door, who are in Unst researching family history.
Off we set and went to Muness and the castle and area to snap photos for the book and then back to camp for lunch. After lunch, we headed north to Haroldswick and to my sister's. The afternoon was spent in Nowick, Haroldswick and Baltasound snapping photos and walking Sammy. Had tea and headed north again to see Julie and have a yarn and a cuppa :)
Norwick is a lovely peerie settlement in the north of Unst and has a fantastic beach :) The old school is now turning into a rusty eyesore but I do like to snap buildings like this and it's giving it character for the moment. The white house on the shore, Da Banks, is a lovely old house and would love to have a look inside. Must be scary on a winters night. Taken at Norwick, Unst.
