Olympic monument.

This is the Olympic monument in Aviemore. 

Spent the day in bed whilst the rest of them went cycling. 

I wasn't ill, I just decided I wanted a day off. I did get up for a couple of hours a go buy a pair of trainers, but other than that I just spent the day in bed. 

Mostly asleep.
