A corner of home

Specifically the view from the bath.

When we left the holiday home this morning it was pouring, windy and hailing and, after taking the pup for a walk in all that, I spent most of the drive home imagining being in a warm bath. And the rest being grateful for heated seats. It was very kind of the Somerset weather gods to make it easy for us to leave.

So home we are and unpacking has largely been done and Anna has slipped quickly back into 'normal life' with a 3.5hr dance and musical theatre rehearsal. The nice thing about coming back on a Friday is the weekend feeling like a bonus bit stuck on the end of the holiday.

Not quite sure why I blipped this as in the end I didn't have a bath. Maybe tomorrow.
