Box-Maker Jim

On a recent visit to the ReStore I ran into Jim -- we used to meet when we were both exercising our dogs at one of the off-leash dog parks. 

We hadn't seen each other for a few years, and I was very surprised when he mentioned that he knew about my involvement with the Northwest Corner Woodworkers Association. He'd been looking at the club website, and saw that I'd signed up for the box-making class.

I accepted Jim's invitation to visit his workshop this afternoon. It's smaller than mine, but much better organized. He's way ahead of me in box-making, as evident in the photo.

We had a very enjoyable time together. I'm hoping to recruit him to the club.
