Resilient Children and Young People

Super proud and pleased for what 2 of the CYP's I supported today have achieved along their journeys.

They have taken on a lot of new learning, made some changes and seem to be getting positive results that they can see, feel and talk about. They are also owning the progress they are making and I couldn't be happier for them. Confident, achieving and actively participating - what more can a support worker hope for considering where they started? :)
