Wee blue flower

A wild and squally day today and optimistically I headed along the river with my macro lens.  I found this wee blue flower sheltered by a wall in some poor light so it required a a significant boost of ISO.  

I've seen this wee flower around a fair bit and it looks very similar to a Forget-me-Not but has a much deeper blue flower and a course leaf.  Having visited Google, I think it is may be an Italian Bugloss, but am happy to hear from some learned blippers!
