Scales

As excitements go, getting a new set of kitchen scales isn't really up there with the life-changing moments but it's always nice to get something where the design has been thought through to the point where a person actually uses it. So, for instance, unlike the current irritating swine-scales these ones default to grams and don't need to be changed every time they are switched on. The display is on the front so won't be covered by a large bowl. They seem capable of measuring small amounts - 2g. All flaws in the current ones.

This photo joins its pal in having a wee joke at the expense of petrol. I should pay more attention and make it a series.
