How do you like my beard

Feeling a bit better today 
went for a long walk from Walton to Frinton along the beach walked through the sea edge in my bare feet always relaxing for me.

Bought a book from the charity shop in Frinton called The Other Queen  by Philippa Gregory, about a naughty Queen Elizabeth the first. got myself a Cherryade and sat on some seaweed watched things go by drunk my drink had a bit of a read then walked home.
