The Old High Church

I bought a wee history book about this church which I now seem to have lost. It' very old, especially the steeple. Inverness over centuries has largely been a government town, rather than a seat of sedition, and the church reflects that. No questions? Good.

In other news, the finishing touches are being put to the quite intensive flood defences. Lets hope it all works. (See secondary blip.) Don't the workmen look splendid in their orange vests?
