2015 Sunday

A small crowd had formed to watch the sun descend and then disappear into the Pacific Ocean. Just to the left of this photo is the huge volcano rock at Morro Bay on California's Central Coast.

We have enjoyed a very quiet and restful day. I should have graded the last project that all my students submitted this past week, but I just did not have the gumption. So later for that task.

Currently the sun is going down at approximately 8:00 p.m. We'd gone out for a bite to eat and as we exited LoLo's Mexican Restaurant on Main Street in Morro Bay, we decided to drive to the shoreline to watch the spectacular show.
