Home maker?

Firstly, I don't know which bird this is having never seen one before.  I looked up the RSPB Bird identifier, but still not sure.  At first I thought it may be a chaffinch, but discounted that.  It might be a Nuthatch or a Redstart or none of these.  I'm not sure if it was eating the dandelion seeds or collecting them for a nest.
