Blossoms at the farm

This is a picture of some of the blossoms that we had this year at the farm.  Spring and fall are probably the most beautiful times of the year.  During the spring, all of the fruit blossoms pop up and the farm is coated in a blanket of pink and white.  This picture is from some of the nectarine trees that we have.  During the fall, all of the fruit hangs off of the trees like Christmas balls.  Usually there are a lot of people who like to go to the farm during the spring to take pictures.  I found the time to get a couple which I think turned out pretty good.  There were a lot of blossoms this year so we hope to have a good amount of crops.  As a farmer, I look forward to seeing the blossoms pop out because to me it means that all of the work that we put in over the past year is going to pay off at some time.  Even though the blossoms are not in for very long, they are just enough to make life a little better for that short time.  Here is hoping for a great fruit harvest!
