Cap & Gown Pictures

My mom decided this weekend that she didn’t want to pay for a professional photographer at the school for individual cap and gown pictures when she could just do them herself.  Since I already have my cap and gown, we went to the farm and the school to get a few pictures before the big day.  As the end of my high school career draws near, I feel like I am busier than ever.  There have been lots of tests announced and a good number of final projects nearing their due date.  Graduation for me is bittersweet.  On one hand I am glad to be moving forward with my life, but on the other I am sad because I kind of don’t want it to end.  In the fall I will be attending Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and going through the Honors Program.  I am really excited to be going to the alma mater of my aunt, but less excited that my cousin will also be going there.  The two of us do not exactly see eye to eye.  At Bloomsburg I will be majoring in Secondary Education with a focus on Citizenship which covers history.  After I graduate from there I plan on getting a job as a high school teacher and hopefully working for my Master’s.
