Jubilee Breakfast

Apologies for another breakfast blip....but B worked all Jubilee weekend, and she was pooped!

So.....Mushies and left over Jersey Royals from last night's supper...waste not want not! - shallow fried in butter and paprika, muffin with a poached egg on top, breakfast in bed...Done! Just about the only respite for B this weekend.

What a fantastic husband!!!!.....I hear you all say.
