Colourful beetle

This beetle has great colours for camouflage but he was sitting on the wrong plant not to be noticed. We headed south to Tirano, a buzzing Italian town, and found warmth, great icecream and plenty of green! On the way home we drove through snowdrifts on the Bernina pass and back into driving rain at home.
