Mr Bullfinch

I see so many Bullfinch at Cromwell Bottom that I get complacent about them sometimes and don't always appreciate just how bright and beautiful they are;  they're quite gregarious and I often see two or three pairs together.  I liked this particular bird as I got the impression of a slightly superior attitude  -   like a bird who knows who he is and where he's going.  Not far I suppose in reality, but his challenging look and feisty character certainly kept all the clickers and twitchers amused today.
