Culinary export

As I have a willing model for a week, I thought I would try to capture a portrait of Zoé learning how to make Yorkshire pudding. She has had them before and wants to be able to make them in France (we have had to show her how to make proper gravy too.) Who says that the English have no culinary expertise worth exporting!?
