Memorial Day weekend here is the weekend of the Atlantic Beach Bike Fest also known (including on their website) as Black Bike Week.  Between the folks who come for the beach and those here for the Bike Fest, leaders are expecting up to 400.000 people for the weekend in our area. This shot is at the three-way intersection at the entrance to the mall.  A large percentage of the bikers ride what they call "crotch rockets," and some ride Harleys and similar bikes.  We intentionally took  a main road to the mall today, and it took us over an hour for a normal 20 minute trip.  It was a real spectacle to see and hear.
