He's Trying to Say Something...

I just can't figure out what it is.  I am also puzzled by folks who put hard earned money into a car to cover it with stickers.  Even a bumper sticker is hard for me since I am not sure what my one statement to the  world would be.  Maybe this guy has the same concern and decided he'd try to say it all.  Maybe in large you can decipher the messages.
